Privacy Policy

What CouchTime collects

Account information you provide (for example email) through our authentication provider.
Watchlist, schedule, viewing windows, progress, and related preferences you save in the app.
Technical data typical of web apps (for example device/browser type, basic logs) as handled by our hosting provider.

How we use it

We use your information to run CouchTime: build schedules, remember your shows, sync your account, and fix issues. We do not sell your personal information.

Services we rely on

Supabase — authentication and database storage for your account data.
The Movie Database (TMDB) — show metadata, artwork, and streaming availability where we display it.
Anthropic (Claude)— when you use AI-assisted features (for example schedule summaries or chat), relevant context you already store in CouchTime may be sent to Anthropic to generate a response. We do not use that content to train public models; see Anthropic's documentation for how they process API data.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings; that removes your auth user and associated app data subject to our database design. If deletion is unavailable in your environment, contact us at bjhdev@proton.me.

Your choices

Access or correct most information directly in the app (watchlist, windows, etc.).
Sign out or delete your account from Settings.
